We're months away from the popping of the market bubble - this is when you can make the greatest gains in the shortest period. Think of right now as like November/December in 1999
Stay in the markets - you haven't seen anything yet in regards to growth. With that said, this bubble is going to pop - they all do, so keep an eye out for the closest exit or you will get killed in the stampede
Ride the bubble! The end stages of a bubble is when you make the most $$$!!
Read this (and other sources of course) to understand what we're dealing with here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dot-com_bubble
History repeats itself - "another one of those"
>>24276882
Nothing is for certain - anything can happen, any time. You can assign probabilities to events by looking at the past, looking at current data, following Federal Reserve activity, US economic calendar, etc
It's totally possible the bubble pops sooner rather than later, IF coronavirus cases spike hard enough ~2 weeks after Thanksgiving to warrant more lockdowns. If California or New York were to lockdown, could trigger the pop (if it's a state like North Dakota or Kansas going into lockdown the market will not care)
At the end of the day, the $$$ from the Fed is not going to stop. They reaffirmed in the minutes released today that they're going to continue $120 billion a month in purchases
TINA (there is no alternative) - the market will keep buying, they can't buy bonds as they have negative real interest rates (the Fed also reaffirmed in the minutes to run inflation higher than 2% for years)
If you read this far, here's a fun bonus video painting what is going to happen:

do you fucking retards really think "SPACs" are a bubble, as if theyre their own market? SPACs are just a way to introduce companies to market. they obviously fucking depend on the company and circumstance for you to make your play. by design they list at $10 so if you buy there any get out in the green youre fucking set. this is not complicated. just dont buy random spacs with no deals coming up and expect to make money, every spac shilled here has at least some semblance of a reason for you to buy it. if it doesnt, fucking dont

It's sticking to Fibonacci levels perfectly well. You can draw them yourself on most charting platforms. am I sitting at my desktop right now so I can't name you the values at the moment. My only problem with it is that it's kind of erratic whether it converts or falls through the lines. Long term, it's a beast though. It's going to keep getting money funneled to it because it's a de facto government agency. Going public is just an excuse to funnel money.

They're kind of risky when they are not hot. The point of using a SPAC to go public instead of an IPO is that it's very much less expensive. But those costs are vote by the market. So we have to find it. Or! ARK -- for instance, if ark gets in one. That's why it's such a huge catalyst when they start buying one. It generally means the costs that would be dumped on the market will not necessarily be dumped on retail shareholders, so the price per share is at less risk. But if you don't have a situation where a major investor comes in to support the SPAC, they generally fall from 10-6.67~ as just a math equation.

I like you guys, pull out profits. Sooner the better. It'll be too late by Friday.

Why?

Multiple reasons:
1) Covid surge will cause hospitals to become overwhelmed, way more than in March. This will cause supply chain issues as well. Every worker from the Truck Driver to Farmer will gather together and spread joy and sickness together. Causing massive call offs in vital infrastructure positions.

2) Capital Gains Tax under Trump

3) Retailer's and Hedge funds pull profits for Christmas

4) Stocks Overbought and reminiscent of Late August, Early September

Last chance, last warning.

Thankskilling is going to come soon.

We have been outright ignoring COVID unless COVID is being associated with Biden administration in some way.

COVID meme is over, no longer gonna kill all the world, market moved on. Lockdowns might shake a few weaklings out, but honestly if Biden administration called massive stimulus with "lockdowns" (which are likely to be half-assed) it probs sends the markets green...

>“Please don’t go to Black Friday. Those big gatherings the day after Thanksgiving are going to a disaster for potential transmission. We can’t keep doing those big gatherings and be perpetually surprised at where the cases are coming from,” Byers said.
>Mississippi State Health Officer Dr. Thomas Dobbs is warning that the holidays could become even deadlier unless Mississippians avoid large Thanksgiving gatherings and take masking and social distancing more seriously.
>Hospital capacity to accept new patients is crumbling, Dobbs said. He cited a conversation last week with a physician who had decided to send a Mississippi patient to a hospital in Pensacola, Fla., after failing to get them in a bed anywhere in Mississippi.
>That doctor, Dobbs said, settled on Pensacola after also trying and failing to find beds for the patient in the Alabama cities of Birmingham and Mobile. He urged Mississippians to exercise caution, not just when it comes to avoiding the virus, but more generally.
>“Be careful, because there’s nowhere for you to go if you have a car wreck,” the state health officer said. “Unfortunately, we’re not having a collective appreciation for how serious this is. Please protect yourself, protect your family, and please protect the vulnerable. Because it’s going to be a rough few weeks.”

Except Fed rates were far higher back then. Much of this "bubble" is be fueled because people would rather hold shares than trash cash, if investors could get 3-5% in the bank I reckon much institutional money would have gone into safer assets. Nonsuch exists, the clown market ends when the FED says so.

We are in a bubble, and we wouldn't wanna be holding meme shit when it pops, but we are much more in a entire market shift than anything else.

A new breed of businesses and even a global economy is being born out of the ashes of COVID lockdowns. There are many losers, but they aren't the companies on the market primairly.

I'm trying to understand your argument without just dismissing it
You're arguing that we are not in a bubble, because money printing has pushed up stock prices, that investors put their money into equities because of the printing, and that this isn't a bubble because the money is worth less than it was before - that if for example, you were to look at the markets in AUD / CNY the prices would not be inflated - therefore we're not in a bubble?

Irrationality aside, what are your honest predictions for PLTR next week? I'm guessing 35-38 since we can't just be green five days in a row (1-2% chance it skyrockets to 40 however, today I truly witnessed and learned the retard strength of this stock). I've been holding since 13 but don't mind averaging up. Always keeping long 300 shares depending on movement, but will definitely buy on dips and try to profit here and there. I sold 300 shares at 28 today and I'm already regretting it, strangely. The whole "profit is profit" argument just doesn't hold up when I'm expecting this stock to be 300+ in 5-7 years. I guess we'll see. I just don't even see 25 being a bottom right now, or ever; this I suppose, is an emotional reaction to the current state of the stock but it truly has been incredible. Just look at how many anons have been posting about fat PLTR gains, its one of those once in a lifetime events

I am not a bear, but I assure you. We are in a bubble, the markets have completely defied all logic to reaility. This isn't uncommon or even surprising as many of investors predicted the Central Banks would react just like in 08 but 10x the speed and more aggressively (they did that)

However, even in 08-09, it took years for asset classes to properly recover from their slump. Here we have not seen just recovery but also an INCREASE in asset prices broadly. Most of which is being fueled by DEBT and as you are saying "inflation", yet we aren't getting inflation from consumers indicating even more to a balance sheet bubble.

THE REAL QUESTION GENTLEMEN. Do you trust the FED or do you not trust the FED. Since this is a FED backed bubble, follow the money?

Investors are not pushing the prices up. The printed money is. And each one of those dollars has less value than before. So while the market has higher numbers it's spending value is effectively the same as it really was when it was 20,000. Investors writing this are protecting themselves from the inflation that is happening as well. We are making money while those who are not investing will simply have to pay more for everything. And work more to sustain the same living conditions. They are taking the brunt of whatever bubble would be to burst. But it's bursting on them very slowly day by day.

I'm not necessarily arguing that there is direct inflation on the dollar right now. I'm just suggesting that the bubble effect is a dynamic of inflationary means. How the fallout of this inflationary dynamic is divvied out doesn't really matter other
than how it impacts other people or markets. The inflationary dynamic could even be carried out to other countries via the use of exploiting our dollar being the staple in trading petroleum. I mean without these pulleys and levers and systems in place behind the curtain there would be direct inflation right on the people, we would see it. But you can't really argue that there's no inflationary dynamic happening when you set the printers on go and don't turn it off. You're just explaining how that impact is negated to less apparent ends.

I hate to say this phrase, but

Not this time.

Thanksgiving is when we gather together for HOURS. Most of all, we don't care about the virus, so we won't be wearing masks.

It's going to infect workers in vital positions, be forced to take 14 off and there will likely not be enough replacement workers available to replace them.

That's the major issue. Not covid-directly related. Indirectly, due to Covid-related protocols in workplaces.

I agree with you on this. It's bullish long term as the Fed will pump money into the market.

The FED money has barely entered the real economy. This is why they need stimulus to create any real money velocity from lenders to borrowers then into the real economy it goes.

The USD IS NOT WORTH LESS than it was before COVID, not by measures of inflation at least.

Stocks are being bought by institutions and retail investors because rates are 0%, there is also a case that extreme greed has been pushing them higher and higher on speculation and not fundamentals.

There are two ways this bubble ceases to exist, a unexpected event (war, your typical black swans take a pick) or more likely the FED rates start ramping up. However thats a whole can of worms and like thers have said here their view right now is extremely bullish to keep them low and printing.

Q/E is like a drug addict, he needs a bigger hit each time to get the same "high". This is the danger and it cannot last forever, the FED knows this but this solution now is better than 30+ unemployment ect.

We are in a bubble, do you trust the FEDs is the real question.

Imo, it is because of the money printing and reassurance from the Fed as a lender of last resort that the wheels will keep turning - this enables institutions to buy equities (creating a bubble) I think that you are linking the money printing with equities, that the money is printed and immediately goes into buying equities (after the bonds are sold to the Fed this $$$ can't / isn't used to buy equities)

Well I think you're right about a lot of that. And again I don't mean to say that we are not in a bubble. I just think that the variable of inflationary dynamics is not being Incorporated into everyone's thinking. I don't think the bubble is as stretched as many think it is.

I'd ask you this... Did you think we were in a bubble when we hit 20,000? We were. but it didn't pop instead it kept going. The reason that kept going is what I'm trying to explain. If you print a ton of money, cartel style industries will not take a hit on any inflationary dynamic. They will correct. Now we can debate all night as to how they will do this, but doesn't really matter since the most basic equation in the entire process is printing money will cause the stock market to correct upward. It Will always be the case because they will not take the hit. They don't have to.
