Only very recently in history has gold gained industrial use. Before then it was only jewellery because it was a expression of wealth because people agree it was wealth. Industrial use actually fucks up the stock to flow which will ultimately doom gold exactly like it doomed silver.

Stocks are also a scam because they don't pay dividends and have no real value. You have no stake in a company by purchasing their stock.
