Well to give you some perspective, this coin is very early in its development, it's mainnet isn't even out yet which is literally supposed to be the mechanism for token arbitrage + token burn take place with RSV + RSR.
In my opinion, if you're in for the really long play, throwing a few hundred bucks at 0.02c USD for a small bag will 100% be worth it if the project succeeds.
But there is a very real possibility that speculator fervor dies down and this falls back to <0.01c USD again until significant arbitrage has taken place and real ROI becomes a thing, which may take well over a year from now to happen. Especially with over 40B more tokens yet to be unlocked until mainnet drops.

What's the difference between RSR and RSV, price wise and regarding use? Lurking hasn't really solved this question for me.
