I love you pmg, but you gotta wise up. We have deflation until Congress acts bigly to create the conditions for big inflation, like UBI or massive loan guarantees to get banks lending.

https://youtu.be/14I1BdncYVo

For the lurkers out there unsure what to make of these recent moves, DON'T SELL YOUR PHYSICAL PMs...unless you unwisely bought on credit. Watch this video I have linked. Learn about the monetary system and how it is more complicated than some of the gold charlatans have led you to believe. If you are buying PMs for a moonshot, you're doing it wrong. This is savings. This is insurance. It's insurance that very well might just pay off in the next few year, but don't buy the hype generated on half-truths about what the Fed can and is actually doing.

The best time to buy PMs is yesterday. The second best time is now. Line will go down, so don't blow your load all at once. Average in and don't time it. If you are playing paper, don't do it on leverage. We have very rocky waters ahead.

Tesla has the same mcap as Bitcoin, went up on the same complete lack of fundamentals (1000 P. E. ratio in the former instance, no use-case in the latter instance). Tesla is pumped by Q. E., Bitcoin is pumped by tether. Meanwhile, gold is suppressed on the COMEX (see J. P. Morgan's recent billion-dollar fine; Bart Chilton's interview with Chris Marcus just before he died). When fiat actually does collapse, Bitcoin will go to zero along with all the bubble tech companies, because China, Russia, and other producing nations will demand gold and not Bitcoin in exchange for their production. They have been hoarding gold for the past ten years in preparation for this. Bitcoin is fundamentally broken as a currency (breaks down into $100 fees and 3-day transaction times when even 0.1% of the population attempts to use it, even on the Lightning Network) and everything which it can do, gold can do better (see Kinesis, and gold-backed currencies).

Please correct me if I’m wrong, but are you saying that the major US tech companies, ie. Alphabet, FB, Apple, Tesla, etc. are all literally going to go bankrupt in the coming stock market crash? Is that what you mean by “go to zero”? Or just that their stock prices will take massive hits but the companies themselves will remain in operation? Wouldn’t these tech giants just get a Congressional bailout if they were on the verge of bankruptcy?

When fiat goes to zero, there won't be any bailouts for Tesla or these other bubble companies, because the dollar will become completely worthless. So they will have to survive according to their fundamentals and their earnings. A fair P. E. ratio is 15, so divide 1000 into 15 and you see how far Tesla has to fall. Some will simply go bankrupt, especially the ones which rely on debt to survive. Some companies will survive, but crash immensely before they reach a fair valuation.

Given where the miners are going, a 40% correction won't seem like anything in the long-term. Even a number of fundamentally sound miners which Sprott owns and believes in (Excellon Resources, Irving Resources) are down, not merely 40% from August but from January, at the start of this year. A person who owns mining stocks is always in exactly the right place for a parabolic move upwards which may happen at any time, and which is inevitable, but somebody who holds tech stocks or crypto is in danger of having the rug pulled out at any moment.

I think property is going to be a good asset to have either way. Even if we see a big deflationary crash, which is a distinct possibility as Congress doesn’t have an fire under their feet, I think real estate gets a muted hit...at least in the highly desirable markets. Funny, because that may even include places like Idaho and Montana as big money isn’t stupid and is buying up land far away from places where things may get crazy. I think there is a lot of money on the sidelines anticipating a housing “crash” which may be why it gets muted since the buyers are already putting in a higher floor by lining up to buy the dip. Obviously, it’s many housing markets and not one, so YMMV depending on where you are looking. But the other side of that is definitely how much of that can be supported with minimal lending? Is there enough cash on the sidelines to outweigh the reduction in those able to borrow to buy? Either way, long term, real estate is probably a good bet, especially if it’s not within a stone’s throw of a chimp out zone.

It is a guessing game. Because we aren’t dealing with solely market participants, but with human created policy which can be arbitrary and unpredictable. One thing that sticks out to me is how Republicans pulled back from stimulus after Q3 data came back. It’s nominally stellar, but in context of Q2, it’s nowhere near enough and the “recovery” is rolling over, falling far short of the V they thought. It feels like they have seen enough to not be speedy with stimulus, but are getting faked out. So it will take pain for them to come around and get in bord with big stimulus, especially with Biden in the WH. They are going to go back to obstruction like during the Obama years if they retain the Senate after the GA runoffs. So maybe that means even more delay meaning a bigger correction before they panic into a big move. Hard to gauge. But I’m sensing they are going to get in the way of Dems wanting to spend big

The stock market is an example of "tulips crashing and going back to their ath." It has been re-inflated twice now by the banks, first after 2001, secondly after 2008, just as Bitcoin has been reinflated since March by tether. The bankers pump both bubbles for their own purposes. BTC in particular was invented by Blockstream and Adam Back to distract people from PMs, and to prepare them for CBDCs. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XfcvX0P1b5g)) Bubbles are unique in the modern age, because they exist in a world in which literally every country subscribes to Keynesianism and fiat money, with the dollar as a world-reserve currency; so that the U. S. printing-press is virtually omnipotent. But the very thing which BTC is alleged to be a hedge against (the death of fiat money) is exactly what will cause it to go to zero, because fiat is the only thing which props it up. When fiat dies, Russia and China will demand payment in gold for their production, and BTC will immediately go to zero.

>>24218264

Digital gold - instantaneous transmission via gold-backed currencies or gold-backed cryptos; represents intrinsic value (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Q9aYYluRA0))

BTC - 1 mb block-size, had $100 fees and 3-day transaction times in 2017, forces you to use Blockstream's second-layer technology which tracks and traces everything you do, and even that could only service 0.1% of the world population before breaking down

>>24218556

Be patient and wait for the next stimulus bill. That is the inevitable trigger for gold to go higher. Otherwise, a currency crisis, COMEX default, or banking crisis are also possible black swans.

All these bubbles (BTC, tech stocks, etc.) rely on the dollar to function. But tens of trillions of dollars will have to be printed over the next couple of years to prop it all up. Inflation will be so high, and real yields will go so low, that a dumping of the dollar for gold by foreign nations is simply inevitable.

Schwab & his clique already warned you : the goyim wont be allowed to own anything. But how could they make the transition as peacefully as possible? Very easy : lure normans into digital scams, diverting them from real wealth. Once everybody is ensnared into digital trash, simply make the real assets unobtainable. It's machiavelic. By the time people figure out their shit is worthless, it will be already too late for them to buy the real stuff, no matter how many shitcoins they possess.

This is the number one reason why I have lost most of my faith im BTC.

its "investors" keep bringing up "the whole world will use it for transactions" "its a hedge/store of value" and "its anonymous" as its main perks...

When by design, it quite literally CANNOT do enough transactions per second to accommodate the USA let alone the world. It has crashed many times, its a huge swing trade opportunity and I love it as such, but it isnt a hedge. Lastly it simply is not anonymous... if its investors knew anything about where they put their money they would know this...

Trump may still win, but Scott Adams seems to be implying that he is going to prove the election fraud, but then let Biden get in anyway "for the good of the country."

I am continuing to hold my U. S. positions (VML, AZS, BHS, and SVE), but I won't add to them, or buy any more U. S. stocks. I put the NAK money into Bluestone Resources in Guatemala. Near-term producer run by the respectable Lundin family which I used to think of as a gold company, but was highly impressed with these results. https://ceo.ca/@newsfile/bluestone-drills-1380-gt-gold-44-ozt-and-2194.. 44 ounce per ton gold, but the 2,194 g/t silver alone is highly impressive. This would be a "great reset" that the west is not prepared for and it would definitely destroy all asset bubbles based on FIAT money. All those internet tokens would not be worth anything, TESLA would not have 500 billion market cap and PE ratio of 1500 with negative cash flow. If you buy allocated digital gold on BullionVault or Kinesis there is virtually no premium either; in fact the premium is less than that of Coinbase on Kinesis (0.45% as opposed to 0.5%). You pay a premium on gold coins for the privilege of being able to transact in absolute privacy, as well as store and access wealth independently of electricity and computers, which is an advantage which BTC doesn't afford you.

Those are nice looking. Nothing like silver and gold coinage that was actually circulated as money. It always trumps bullion in my mind. I would love to see some private mint do some 90% or sterling alloy coins. I know we probably won't get that due to tax laws, but I'd love to see privately minted alloyed coinage ready for circulation. Fine is just not ideal for the job of circulation.

I used to recommend David Brady, still do have a good deal of respect for him. Used to caution people against going all in on PMs in case his theory of a strong correction later in the year turned out to be correct. Lost faith in him when he started blocking people (like Peter Spina) who disagreed with him, and learned about some bad calls which he had made in the past. PMs and miners still haven't hit his targets (he told people not to buy silver at $19 and gold at $1750), but he has turned out to be a lot more right than I anticipated, given that miners have now lost all gains made since July.

Don't intend to use a tripcode because I don't intend to stay here in the long-term. I actually wanted to be gone long ago. I keep coming back from time to time because it feels like exit-scamming to tell people to do something and then not offer support when it goes the wrong way. As soon as PMs and miners moon, I intend to disappear.

The gold price is determined, not by buying and selling real gold, but by trading derivatives on a futures exchange called the COMEX. This is the basis of the charts you see on Kitco, goldprice, etc. On this futures exchange, the bullion banks are able to dump (for example) ten years of the annual investable supply of silver on the market in a single day. The gold price is the most manipulated thing in the world, because a rising gold price poses an existential threat to the dollar. Nevertheless, the COMEX is rapidly turning into a delivery-service, and more and more people are demanding to receive the physical metal. When demand overwhelms supply, the paper suppression of PMs will break, and gold and silver will do what palladium did a couple of years ago. Once all confidence in the COMEX is lost, the price of PMs will be determined in the free market and by the mining companies.

Yeah I wouldn't want to be buying up the over saturated real estate markets like san Fran, NYC, etc. Montana and Idaho are already historically expensive, over 10k an acre for quality land. You can still find undesirable land in those areas for 1k an acre. I am mostly just looking to preserve and nominally build my wealth, not turn into a land baron. An interesting idea is to keep an eye on commercial real estate, as this great reset bullshit happens and we realize most people can work remotely - I see a lot of commercial property that can be repurposed.

Also take this as a t. trust me bro kind of thing, but I have it on decent authority that covid lockdowns are going to ramp back up very shortly which could do interesting things to the stock market. By mid summer 21 we should reach covid normalcy, but having participated through a few boom/bust cycles this seems like a desirable time to have some dry powder. The whole "btc can't function as a currency so it's not as good as gold" argument is laughable as gold is not used as a currency either. And being a gay phone poster, without comparing market caps of AU and BTC, BTC still has like a 20x to go from here to reach mcap parity with gold right?

"DesoGames," an ingenious, self-educated young man who has been held back in life by mental health problems, has claimed that the COMEX will default this December. Alasdair Macleod says that we are already in hyperinflation, and that, if we follow the pattern of Weimar Germany, Austria, Hungary, etc., we have only a few months to go before the entire system breaks down. (https://www.goldmoney.com/research/goldmoney-insights/hyperinflation-is-here)) Andrew Maguire says that a "December raid" is coming on the COMEX, although he doesn't make any claims of a default. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-V859-gi2M&ab_channel=KinesisMoney)) David Brady says that the next leg up in metals and miners will happen on or before Q1 2021, but makes no speculations about a COMEX default. Craig Hemke and most other analysts simply say that it is impossible to know exactly when the COMEX default will happen, simply that it is inevitable. I have never heard of anybody who thinks that the system can keep going on for more than a year or two, three at the most.

I know some of you are genuinely incredulous as to why buy PM when stocks and crypto are "mooning", but you have to remember that the destruction of the dollar is still happening as part of the NWO/Great Reset or however they want to call it this week. All your "gains" are still in dollars, and will be worthless when all is said and done.

Precious metals are not "worth money", IT IS THE MONEY, PM is the only thing you will have in the end, so is more of a life saving.

Complaining that PM is down would be like complaining that guns, ammo and food are cheaper, only degenerate city dwellers would do that, for they don't understand.

This economy is in tatters and the lockdowns incoming will only compound that. We're going to have a record bad retail holiday season. We're in a depression, that hasn't "felt" like a depression. But you can only mask this for so long until you have to bring out the big guns. Gold and silver can't be suppressed forever; negative real-yields are the breaking-point. Same financial environment which you had in the 70s and 80s. Only way to suppress PMs now would be to let interest-rates go up, but, as we saw from late 2018, that would immediately break the system and crash the stock market by 90%.

>>24224867

The shorts can suppress the price of PMs, but they can't stop people from taking physical delivery. The annual investable supply of silver is so minuscule that the mcap of BTC alone could buy it six times over. As soon as demand for physical overwhelms supply, the system breaks, just as we saw in the case of palladium. If the bankers were omnipotent, gold would never have got to $2080 or silver to $29.

>>24224687

>imagine spending time on gold etc. when we got deflationary NEC in front of us

Fudders should get their story straight. Is BTC the new gold, or is there deflation? Neither narrative is true, but they contradict each other.

Money-supply is parabolic, there is no deflation. True definition of deflation = a contraction of the money-supply. The Fed has already printed trillions, and are continuing to do over a trillion a year in Q. E. But in terms of prices, we already demonstrably have had 10% inflation per annum on the basis of Q. E. done in the past (see Chapwood Index/ShadowStats). The central bank lie that "inflation is hard to spark" and that no matter how much they print, they can't get prices to go up is a lie. There's an article in the F. T. from 2004 called "Gold, going, going, gone" where the author parrots the same lies that the MSM and the bankers do now, that "deflation is the problem," "the bankers desperately want inflation but they simply can't get it," etc. etc. At the time, gold was $300 an ounce at the time. Every time the Fed buys bonds, they inflate the price of them, which means that real investors, institutions, and nation-states expand the currency supply when they sell.

>>24223619

I think that, even if the system does go on for another couple of years, there won't be any way to suppress gold and silver for that long. There has been so much inflation done already that tens of trillions in Q. E. will be needed to suppress yields at this point. We also need trillions in money-printing to sustain everybody who is unemployed, and to bail out all the failing corporations. Economy can never get back to normal now, because that would require letting the system crash, and heal from all the inflation and mal-investment. The necessity for the U. S. to print tens of trillions of dollars makes a bond-market crash inevitable, and the Fed will soon be the only entity buying government debt. Rich people are going to demand delivery of enough physical gold and silver to break the COMEX long before that inevitability occurs.

If so, who created and authorized the release of the virus? Surely the oligarchy and governments of developed nations saw this coming from at least 2018, if not 2008-9, which would theoretically give them time to create a distraction or ruse to ensure there isn’t mass riots and societal breakdown when the bond and equity markets come crashing down.

Yes. I was already preparing for the system to break down in 2020, so as soon as the coronavirus stuff began I knew exactly what was going on. I had always wondered how the people in power would get out of, or excuse this debt-trap, and a hoax pandemic immediately seemed like the best conceivable way to do so. I came on 4chan as early as March, warning it was a hoax and telling people to buy silver and mining stocks. (See picture as an example.)

Archbishop Vigano said this a month ago:

"A global plan called the Great Reset is underway. Its architect is a global élite that wants to subdue all of humanity, imposing coercive measures with which to drastically limit individual freedoms and those of entire populations. In several nations this plan has already been approved and financed; in others it is still in an early stage. Behind the world leaders who are the accomplices and executors of this infernal project, there are unscrupulous characters who finance the World Economic Forum and Event 201, promoting their agenda.

The purpose of the Great Reset is the imposition of a health dictatorship aiming at the imposition of liberticidal measures, hidden behind tempting promises of ensuring a universal income and cancelling individual debt. The price of these concessions from the International Monetary Fund will be the renunciation of private property and adherence to a program of vaccination against Covid-19 and Covid-21 promoted by Bill Gates with the collaboration of the main pharmaceutical groups. Beyond the enormous economic interests that motivate the promoters of the Great Reset, the imposition of the vaccination will be accompanied by the requirement of a health passport and a digital ID, with the consequent contact tracing of the population of the entire world. Those who do not accept these measures will be confined in detention camps or placed under house arrest, and all their assets will be confiscated."

I'll be glad to help anon. I just started investing two months ago but this stuff is easy to learn, thankfully.

First of all the basics of DD: Company financials. You need to understand the company's financial situation whenever you invest so that you don't get into a sinking ship. Bad financials = risk of share dilutions (issuing new shares -> lowering your relative ownership of the company and usually lowering share price), risk of the company taking interest-bearing debt (further hit to financials down the line) and risk of bankruptcy. So read up on how to understand financial reports. Plenty of information to find just by googling. I won't go into too much detail but the most important things you need to know about a company's financials are: current & total assets and liabilities (liabilities include debt too) and working capital. I like to get more technical so I calculate some simple ratios that help me understand the financial situation better. Good ratios to learn to use are for example Current Ratio and Equity Ratio (I use those myself).

There's also the question of share price valuation. I'm kind of new at that too so my knowledge is kind of basic, but in a nutshell you probably want to buy undervalued shares and avoid overvalued shares. I like to calculate the P/B (price to book) ratio to see whether the share is overvalued or undervalued compared to a company's equity. Of course you also need to consider what assets (property, shares, etc.) the company holds and whether there is positive cashflow. Market cap is also a pretty important indicator of the company's size. If the market cap is tiny, the company financials are good and the company has great assets then what's not to like? Small market cap combined with great prospects means big gains in the stock market.

Pic related is about how I do my DD. I start with the share and the latest financial report and then I dive into the company's projects.

Once you understand the financial & share price valuation basics, you need to begin to understand the mining industry. You must understand how the industry operates and how to value different mining companies. If you don't understand what separates the good from the bad, you won't be able to make educated investments.

The core things to understand are: What's the life cycle of a mine (see previous image)? How is exploration of a property conducted? What is the difference between greenfield and brownfield exploration? What grades of ore are considered good? How does the tonnage of a deposit matter in relation to the grade of the ore? How to interpret drilling results? How to interpret mineral resource estimates and reserves? What are the main things to look for when researching a Feasibility Study?

I'll leave some links here for you, they'll answer most of these questions. You'll get started amazingly well with them, I know I did. If you've any questions after reading about these, you can always ask over here at /pmg/. Many people me included will be glad to help.

Pan Man is the person best qualified to answer questions about Klondike. He says that most of the drilling people are busy right now, because there is so much demand for it. It doesn't actually matter to me whether or not Klondike drills, or even comes out with any plans at all. Everybody can infer that they have hundreds of millions of ounces in the ground, so all we need to do is sit on the stock and wait for silver to go up. We own a part of every ounce of silver in that ground simply by owning the stock. So it is the ultimate call option on the price of silver.

Investing in companies which are ostensibly "copper" or "zinc"-based, but where secondary silver content hasn't been priced in, is a good way to invest in the base metals. I told people to buy Fireweed Zinc when it was about half its current price, because I knew about the high amount of silver in the ground. But most people think of it only as a zinc stock, so it is going up today while everything else is dumping.

Yes Klondikes issue right now is all the surface drill contractors and underground miners are already working / contracted out for the winter. They should have gotten in on that this spring but i guess they had other plans on the go. The ore they control is hard to describe, entire mountains of lead, zinc silver that have been mined on and off since the 1890s. Some of the richest silver mines in BC. Klondike is situated pretty well to get going again, I just hope they can get operating in time to match metal prices.

Have made these points before in respect to nationalization:

1) At least four billionaires (Eric Sprott, Tom Kaplan, Ross Beattie, and Ricardo Salinas Pliego) have 90-100% of their net-worth in precious metals mining stocks, which seems to imply that there isn't as much danger in holding miners as fud might lead us to believe.

2) If one nation nationalizes its mines, there will be capital flight to miners in other nations to compensate for this, so simply spread your jurisdictional risk.

3) Mines were not nationalized during the Great Depression. People who invested in Homestake Mining (the ancestor to Barrick Gold) made 6x.

4) If every nation nationalizes its mines, there will be such inefficiencies in production (by analogy with Venezuela's oil industry) that PMs will soar as a result. Hence your 10-20% physical bullion hedge ought to compensate for any losses in the mining stocks.

I wouldnt be suprised to see a lot of barneys go missing as people just say fuck it and live in teh bush, hunt when and what they want, and S.S.S. if anyone tries to stop them

wake up idiot, banks have been nationalized a long time ago, now the airlines have been nationalized. Nationalized out of necessity of course, but its not long until they start nationalizing out of greed to compensate the losses from nationalizing failed insolvent shits that shouldve gone bankrupt a long time ago along with all the other zombies that have been kept alive with artificial interest rates. Insane levels of debt to gdp with a shrinking gdp means reducing gov. income with increasing cost to service their debt which means only one thing, steal-steal-steal, steal as much possible because the only alternative is default, fuck your mining company its ours now and its assets are ours and we need ''''equality'''' stop hording all this gold you fucks it belong to ''''''the people''''', dont underestimate the perversity of a failing gov. desperate to stay in power

Tinka has been going up because they are demonstrating action. Drill programme is 30% complete, and they just added a third drill:

Tinka Provides Update on the Drill Program at Ayawilca, Mobilizes a Third Drill Rig

https://ceo.ca/@accesswire/tinka-provides-update-on-the-drill-program-at-ayawilca

As people on ceo say, a fair price for the stock, given the magnitude of the resources in the ground, would be a dollar, so it has a long way to go yet.

BC is a serial killers dream location, vast unoccupied wilderness linked by only a few major highways, with scattered impoverished communities inbetween. Highway 16 has taken two of my highschool friends and dozens of others too, its not called the "highway of tears" for nothing.
