Of all the weapons in the vast Soviet arsenal nothing was more profitable than Avtomat Kalashnikova model of 1947, more commonly known as the AK-47, or Kalashnikov. It's the world's most popular assault rifle, a weapon all fighters love. An elegantly simple nine pound amalgamation of forged steel and plywood, it doesn't break, jam, or overheat. It will shoot whether it's covered in mud or filled with sand. It's so easy even a child can use it, and they do. The Soviets put the gun on a coin, Mozambique put it on their flag. Since the end of the Cold War, the Kalashnikov has become the Russian people's greatest export. After that comes vodka, caviar, and suicidal novelists. One thing is for sure; no one was lining up to buy their cars.

Gay movie- Glorfies a Jew- However Its probally one of nic cage's best movies - Bullet intro is totally made by someone who didnt do any reserach on assembly lines or understand physics when the bullet "bounces around" in the box... best part of entire movie is when the niggerboy gets shot in the head- doing gods work.

Only the best because it was based off the Sturmgewehr 44. If things had turned out differently, the StG 51 would have been the pinnacle of assault rifles, followed by the 59, 72 and 89.

Humanity is a culmination of achievements, and knowledge is not a zero sum game. Just because niggers got 99% of the way to the wheel doesn't mean they are able to claim it as their own innovation.

I'm not a gunfag but is this an exaggeration or does it really not jam as much as other guns? Is there a reason for that? And why wouldn't every manufacturer follow that so their gun won't jam either, and why anyone buy a gun that has a higher chance of jamming?

It'd probably be a lot less interesting if it was "realistic"

This was never definitively proven. Now the US space program being built by Von Braun - that was.

It doesn't jam nearly as much as its peers. The M16 groups better, to a significant degree at over 300 yards, which is why the US prefers it.

It's the usual "pick 2" situation - cheap, reliable, accurate. US and USSR both took cheap, but compromised on reliable, and accurate, respectively.

The AK is made with greater tolerances in the machining to facilitate widespread production and maximum reliability in the field. If you need to be out for 12 months straight in the muddy swamps of louisiana, or the desert of afghanistan, or the freezing cold of siberia, the AK will get you there without even having to clean the gun through that entire duration. If you clean it anyway, it will continue to function flawlessly.

The US military picked the AR15 platform because it gave best performance, but this (very slight) increase in performance over the AK came with caveats. The AR has might stricter mechanical tolerances than most rifles and as such requires precisely machined parts and high quality ammunition to function properly. This is also why any amount of dirt will cause cycling and ejection problems in an AR15 if the rifle isn't cleaned regularly. It's not an unreliable rifle, but it certainly doesn't come close to the ruggedness of the AK. Especially since the gas system shits where it eats contributing to more chamber fowling and requiring the user to clean more often, and the fact that most AR15s now have plastic stocks, plastic handguards, and aluminum receivers means it's also an overall less durable weapon. My personal theory that carries no evidence is also that they just didn't want to use the gun the Soviets were using, for both ammunition compatibility purposes and propaganda/morale purposes.

So yeah the AK is more reliable and more rugged. If you're shooting anything inside 200 yards you will not have a problem with the AK in terms of accuracy. If you need to shoot farther than that I'd argue you should pick a bolt rifle or DMR instead of an AR15 anyway.

AKs are also the chad weapon of choice.

This. Taking bitcones to the woods can be a good supplement to MREs.

Also, to anyone who is new here - remember: skinwalkers are your friends and just get a bad rep.
