I work in imaging, and like the idea of having this portable. Current US machines are hard to push around and large. Butterfly and Nanox is very different. Butterfly uses sound and nanox is using radiation to produce images. I did invest in both but feel like nanox has less competition. Philips and GE are very huge players in medical imaging. Butterfly having that much competition makes me want to do some more research before investing more into it. Need to figure out the difference between all the other manufacturers products. Makes me want to hold of in buying more shares in butterfly. I don't see a big advantage with butterfly and the other companies. Also, don't know the penetrating power of these hand held probes which can be disadvantage in patient diagnosis. We see allot of patients come to us because the images they had from another place did not produce good image quality. I need to speak to my US friends before I put more money into butterfly
