I won’t stake because it makes a big tax difference where I live.. would love to participate but the tax shit isn’t worth it, I wonder in how many countries this applies tho.
Here:
Hold a year and every gain is tax free.
If you stake: hold 10 years(!) and the gains from the initial investment is tax free, however the return you got from staking.. still taxable and bullshit

It's Germany. I'm in the same position but with link. Ive split my stack into 2, & put some in a different wallet that'll be just for staking, I'll never cash out this so don't have to worry about paying tax on it. With the coins I earn from staking I'll just pay tax on them if I cash any out. & With my other stack ill cash some of it out after holding for a year & not pay tax. That's the plan anyway
