Get a job or try and do something to move out. If the housing market is expensive in your area then maybe try looking somewhere else or save up. Its not use trying to live in an apartment that you are barely scraping by in. Save up and when you have enough then start looking, you can still invest and all just dont for the love of God put all of your money in it.

Good luck Anon

Before the muh emancipation bullshit of the boomer era, families always lived with 3 generations under the same roof. Family is the nucleus of civilization, and not only it helped share the bills and limit the cost of living, but strong ties and family value were the norm. Of course the kikes would want the kids to leave as soon as possible, it help destroying families, put young in financial distress, put always more pressure on the real estate market, inflating price continuously, and make a whole generation of greedy boomers landlords live as the parasites they are.
Why do you think the only ones with decent standard of living these days are chinks, pajeet and wetbacks in the US, while whites struggle? Because they didn't fell for the family-division jew and all live together until they can afford full payed homes without having to become enslaved to debts.

Unless you can get pussy what’s the point of moving out? I live at home right now at 25 and I work as an engineer and I literally save 98% of my income, yes, 98%. I spend about 1% of it on gas and the other 1% on random items I want like headphones or protein powder, plus my student loans got delayed and will hopefully get cancelled by Biden. My parents pay my car insurance/food/phone bill and don’t charge rent, it’s great.

I figured I'd stay with them until I was 25 or 26 after I'd finished school and started building my own "life", but I never really found myself caring about the downsides of living with them. I have no social life. I have no romantic asperations, nor a desire to have my own family.
Now, at 32, I own 2 properties that I rent out and manage my grandparents property that my parents inherited with a 50/50 split with my parents (not a good deal from a financial perspective, but the goodwill from it is worth it IMO). This (the property ownership) almost certainly wouldn't have been possible if I was throwing away money at regular rental prices like most of my peers do.
If you're a normie, or have a bad relationship with your parents, then I can understand wanting to get out, but I've built significantly more wealth for myself by staying with them.

Eh, I fucked up a lot in my early 20s. I don’t have a job anymore, but at least I’ll be done with college in 3 semesters. My car is paid off and college is free for me. I cant really complain. I’m in this gray area in my life. Like I feel like this next year will be the best time of my life. I’ve actually learned a lot from the mistakes I’ve made in my early twenties. So I’m pretty happy with that. Also bought 100k ADA while it was .02 and 80k of XRP while it was .17 so eh. Who knows. Feels weird honestly.

And nowadays there seems to be very few degrees that just guarantee a good paying job. I have friends with engineering degrees that can't find work right now
