It would be difficult to even make one, but other than that there's 2 main reasons.

1. XRP is "fast enough" by making transactions happen in 3-4 seconds.

2. The connections that Ripple has, and all the deals, agreements etc they have made happen between banks, governments, institutions, companies etc, overshadows anything. It would take a decade plus millions of dollars for a newly started company with their new crypto to make this happen, if they even could overcome not being the first cryptocompany that has succeeded in doing it, which Ripple is.

So basically, who cares if there's a crypto that make transactions happen in 2 seconds instead of 4? Not to mention the hassle it would be to convince people to use it?

when you enter in your ETH wallet code it gives you a new code right after
