He has almost always been kind of a dick to our family, but I love him still. He isnt a cold kind of dick, as much as just being mean and yelly a lot, and wont be sorry even if he knows he was way in the wrong. Therapy/counseling helped a little, but not a whole lot as far as I'm concerned. He sacrificed a lot for us, and we can tell he cares, but it really just isnt a healthy relationship. I want to help set him up, but I dont think I'll have the ability unless I land an amazing job or something somehow.
