Fucking this, all the newfag tourists who want to get in on the moon mission are crypto cucks. Those of us who are in to PM's stack a bit here and there. I have said this many times already, everyone asks
>when is the best time to buy pm's
years ago
>second best time to buy pm's?
yesterday
>next best time to buy pm's?
today
It is a continual thing, you buy bits at a time and never over extend yourself buying pm's and try to keep your cost per oz as low as you can, sometimes you buy high , sometimes you buy low, try to buy the dips

Still feeling good about selling all of my equities and miners. 30 Year Treasury had been getting smashed with shorts and STILL barely got to pre-March levels and now headed back down. The short squeeze in Treasuries is going to be atomic. TLT is my only open position other than calls on TLT and UUP. Waiting to scoop up miners and other commodities after more damage.

This. A bunch of retards have swarmed these threads recently and are acting like PMs are treated like some shitcoin where we're all praying for some 1000000x Moon Mission in the next week, or playing it short like a stock.

These are for long term security, nothing more. Can you invest in other things? Sure. Should you invest in other things? Sure. This is not the end all be all of financial investment, and not a whole lot of people have 100% of their money tied up in physical, like some retards wants to believe.

The issue seems to be about nuclear waste:

>A scientific review was part of the hard-won compromise reached by EU leaders in December. At the time, France and the UK, in particular, had spoken out in favour of classifying nuclear energy as environmentally friendly, so that investments can keep flowing.
>Even the technical group of experts that drew up the EU taxonomy proposal had remained ambivalent on the subject, even though there was no doubt that nuclear energy would make a substantial contribution to greenhouse gas reduction, as stated in its final report.
>But because of the nuclear waste that is generated, the issue is complex and needs “further technical evaluation”, the report added.

The article ends in a good, sobering note though:
>For MP Kotting-Uhl it is nevertheless clear: “To call nuclear energy sustainable in view of its history is ignorant.” In addition, no EU member state is barred from investing in nuclear energy itself – only the EU must not actively promote it.

Neolibs hate nuclear cause it breaks their Hegelian Dialectic. Just like they hated chloroquine when Trump brought it up about the 'rona.

Every "Big Problem" hyped by media is the same. Just a tool being used for another agenda, which is almost always further consolidation of wealth and power. There's a few assumptions that are safe when the media starts talking about a new "Big Problem":

-Somebody stands to gain money/power from this being "solved" in a particular way

-The media is controlled by these people

-Likely the "solution" will never truly solve the issue so that the gain can be milked for as long as possible

-The underlying problem usually has a small nugget of truth, but it'll always be vastly overhyped to stoke fear in the lizard brains of normies to get them to go along

OFC climate change has some real effects as does pollution, but effects are not the same globally. While yuro elites can afford to play these silly power games societies like China that feel the bite of population density and pollution from cheap power and manufacturing don't have such luxuries. For them, it is a real problem in need of a real solution. Hence their push towards nuclear is genuine.

Don't ever bet based on any problem the elites tell you about with the assumption that they are sincere in worrying about it, or will actually try to solve it.

Nuclear will be the predominant source of energy in the future regardless. As the Western world continues regulating carbon emissions there will be a rollout from fossil-fueled energy into the far more efficient nuclear energy. No matter what the EU might say it is in the EU's individual countries' best interest to promote nuclear energy.

I know a friend from Germany. His electricity prices are through the roof now. Why?

They got rid of all their nuclear power because of libcuck bullshit and the electric grid was fucked afterwards as a result and the "renewable" energy sources could not even begin to replace what they got rid of so ironically they had to start using massive amounts of coal to compensate, completely negating the whole "environmental" angle to begin with lol. Now their electricity is 4 times as expensive

I live in California and I see all the same shit happening. Getting the fuck out as soon as I can

Most normies are just involuntary hypocrites (if they ever used their brains...). Everyone wants more electricity, directly and indirectly, due to our constant technological advancements and our increased living standards (e.g. people want wireless charging, more inter-connectivity, more IoT devices etc.) YET AT THE SAME FUCKING TIME THEY OPPOSE AGAINST ALL WAYS OF ITS GENERATION.

Fine, I get the part that burning fossil fuels causes a lot of pollution. But nuclear energy is probably the best solution we have right now, it's very efficient, incredibly clean and safe (if maintained correctly), the only real difficulty would be the waste, but even there we have new technologies that nobody is using because it's "too expensive" (vitrification, reprocessing etc.).

We cannot simply ostracise nuclear power until we have better solutions (renewable sources of energy are still in their infancy, both in terms of output and sophistication). The only real hope we have would be fusion, but you still need fission in order to "jump-start" fusion reactors.

No, not the value of the company as much as the value of the stock. Too much volume for my taste and the outstanding amount indicates the company is ready to dilute shareholders any time. Also to my knowledge swing traders favor stocks like that
I'll name a few good ones that I think are good investments right now. Full disclosure I'm more focused on gold miners anyway and still have a massive backlog to go through
Summa Silver (extremely promising silver play, shares incredibly cheap, cheaper than when Sprott bought)
Vangold (all around solid Au-Ag company, also shares on sale at the moment)
CCW (highest grades you'll ever see but still very speculative)
SSE (speculative greenfield explorer, flagship asset stuck in a stupid lawsuit with landowner but worth a look, might get some good gainz)
AUN (no-brainer in terms of the ground although they got a shitty financing deal so time is of the essence, if they get going according to schedule they'll be able to explore even more of their amazing ground for an even greater upside in the future)
Others that I've gone through but aren't as up to date with that may have a great future are DV, DEF, KS.

We'll have to agree to disagree on PMY (I don't think they're a bad company, I just think there are better, more lucrative places to park my money). BHS I also shorted, knowing that they might have amazing drilling results in the future because they've shown to be incapable of actually processing the mined ore and because management seems generally unfocused and incompetent. Boiling water reactors are larger and less efficient than pressurized water reactors, making them impractical for use in ships and submarines. Because militaries threw money at naval PWR development the rest of the industry naturally shifted to those too, it's what scientists knew, and factories could build without having to reinvent the wheel. Since the Jap military can't have anything nuclear they went for BWRs from the start. The other initialisms are small modular reactor and molten salt reactor, which are basically excuses for why nobody's built shit in decades. Current reactors are too scary so we need to wait for miracle designs that will never come...even though no decent gen 2 or later reactor has EVER had a meltdown. Don't tell the hippies that.

Most collector-grade coins go for crazy premiums over melt value. It's not even a stretch to assume that anyone with a good enough mint and political backing (re: the chinese) can and do fake everything they can just to get those sweet sweet retard dollars

I get that with numismatics but not ASE's

ahhh okay, I thought they were doing some alchemy magik or something.....

but see at that point I don't understand that much why people value coin design. It kinda feels like its a hundred-dollar bill and having Cardi b wipe her ass with it and now that $100 is worth more than the actual value of the bill it self, get me?

And yet, the US mint is now selling certain ASEs for like $60+ a pop. If I were an underhanded chinaman that knew how many braindead shitters there are that buy those things, I'd be running fakes of those out the door as fast as I humanly could.

Me because then the premium for every coin with her on it will only go up from there.

Personally I just think they're cool. It's an art piece that will probably last centuries given the right care. That's more or less the only reason - it's completely separate to the concept of a stack.I would never buy common shit like ASEs or Maple Leaves for their numismatic value.

What good is my stack of silver if the lockdowns never end and I'm stuck in an Orwellian police state?

Just so long as you're aware that eventually, those numismatic pieces will most likely be worth exactly melt value, you do you man. I think you're a special kind of stupid for playing that particular game, but that's your choice and I respect it, even if I don't agree with it.

No one does , we buy them for weight
Fucking numisautists

Oh I know they eventually become melt value, it's not like they retain premiums forever. It's similar to fine art, though, in the end it's colorful chemicals on paper. It's just a bit of a nicer thing to add onto the stack at large.

I collect pure numismatics. I hang out here because whether you guys know it or not you're also numismatists. You tend to collect the least valuable numismatic pieces, but it's still collecting coins, bars, rounds, and tokens.

Pure numismatics in this case being low-mintage, once-off production runs of uniquely designed coins, right?
Because that’s basically what I’m doing and think of when I think of numismatics vs stacking
