Nice bulk of news. I should get to know Golden Triangle a little.
By the by, did you manage to find out about Fiji? Any records of placer gold there? Were you planning on taking a little vacation in Fiji? ;)

I also researched another junior there besides Lion One. The name's Thunderstruck Resources and they've got a tiny market cap and diversified, promising prospects. They've got four projects, of which three are directly adjacent and the fourth is a few kilometers to the south of the others. Their projects are within 40 kilometers to Newcrest's huge zinc project in the East and within 50km to Lion One's project in the northwest as well as the Vatukoula gold mine in the north though as you may know already LIO's project is along strike to Vatukoula while Thunderstruck's projects are not. Thunderstruck has two separate drilling programs ongoing, one as a JV with JOGMEC (Korokaiyu -- a high-grade zinc-polymetal VMS ground) and another starting up now that is 100% owned (Liwa Creek -- intermediate-high sulphidation epithermal Au-Ag ground). Their other two prospects are Rama Creek, a porphyry Cu-Au ground and Nakoro, another high grade zinc-polymetal VMS ground (company believes that the VMS structures at Nakoro are a continuation of Korokaiyu).

Just invested a couple of hundred into them because they're just criminally undervalued at the moment

PMs are PMs. buy what you like for the lowest premiums you can and you'll do fine. after you get a small stack in your hands you get a better idea what you like or dont

for coinage i like US silver dollars.
for generic bullion, i like 1oz, 10oz and kilo size bars more than i like silver rounds

I did find some inconsistent reports of massive course gold found in streams and ancient channel deposits on the island but nothing more recent than the 18th century. Also hell yes I would go for a panning trip out there if I had time. I ll have to reread about Thunderstruck tonight than, I spotted the name while doing my digging on Lion One. That ore deposits very interesting, and I could totally see them operating a mine there within the coming years.

Stacker bro’s, if I may have your attention for a moment please
I recently developed a new theory for the future of the American economy. I like to call this “Caterpillar Thoery”. As you can clearly see, these two caterpillars are quite unhappy. The S&P caterpillar is worried because it knows that once the green stuff it eats goes digital (dollars), it will have no food and starve, marking the death of the S&P when it reaches 0. With the market worthless and no more green, people will be looking for an escape into a new currency: a yellow and silver metal backed one.
I am open to serious critiques on my theory, but I am very smart so odds are you’re wrong

Those in doubt understand this. The Worlds Countries have trillions and trillions of bonds and treasuries, all denominated in USD. USD they've been hanging on to for international trade, savings, and dollar denominated debt... HOWEVER, everytime the Americans drinks deep from this seemingly endless well of QE, they devalue those dollars.

What we are seeing is Americas last Bluff. These election shenanigans a sideshow mostly for the masses, as the Untied States tries to bluff the world it can kick the habit. The Chaos we will soon see play across America will be unimaginable as their entire infrastructure screeches to a halt, it being all blamed on the virus and election... BUT IT WON'T BE. It's about THE MONEY. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT THE MONEY.

These next few days, even weeks will be tough. Things will spiral more and more out of control. I do not know the short term price of Metals. I do not know whether it'll collapse before or after the president is selected. But I do know it's here. It's coming. No matter how much we squirm, there is no longer anything anyone can do to stop it.

That's called leverage son. You might not understand this, but other countries can't print to infinity like you've done for the last seven decades. They can stretch it a little here, and a little there, but otherwise it has to be backed by either exports, labor or resources. American dollars long ago ascend past such mortal concepts, but a world reserve currency backed by nothing, has certain limitations. One being that it has to be the least socialist dollar in existence, lest the World wake up to their work efforts directly subsidising the American people, rather than just the American War and Corporate Machine.

Maybe you've drifted in from Reddit or are a tourist, and mistakenly believe we're just cold hearted bastards who hate the poor or have a "I got mine" attitude. Maybe you, or a loved one recently lost their job and your trying to make ends meet for your family. I am genuinely sorry and wish for your well-being any case, but situation, this FLAW in our financial system has been a old, old problem, that's been working it's way here longer then probably but a few of us have existed.

In less than a year? Nope.

$200 is not a lot and I don't get why people get on these threads with, 'I have $14 recommend a good stonk to make me rich plz and thank you.'

BTC is not overvalued, and it burns me to say that, it's got some way to go. In the end it's ONLY good to buy metals at the exit. It's definitely the fastest horse in the race.

>> No.24047255

It will also cause metals to rise rapidly. When that happens the plug is going to get pulled. So it's your risk. I strongly suspect a lot of big money (managers with other peoples money) are getting into Bitcoin to literally skip town before the shit hits the fan and it's the clearest and easiest way to steal HUGE money. There are going to be a lot of burnt hands and feet with this at some point in the future.

Holly shit that got me into a lot of trouble in the past. I can't even recommend that because of how tyrannical things are getting and how much worse they will become. Maybe some diamonds and gems would be good to add to your guys stacks.

But IMHO long terms it's only use is to buy metals and real things and the capacity to exchange into the real world is going to be limited. Exiting will be key - and that might be some time off.

It's clear I'm talking about stacks. Diamonds of gems are more transportable and can be used in jewelry. Often gems are worth more than the silver or gold in that jewelry. Here, talk about guns and ammo is ridiculous.

The world is shutting down. There are so many possible reasons for this. A lot of it has to do with Mainland Europe wanting to rek America and the UK and by extension their allies. On the other hand silly idealists and mentally ill people have been helping this program along. It's becoming really clear and confirming my suspicions that the EU is resurrecting the some sort of new Roman Empire or at least trying to imitate something of it. This is going to fundamentally ruin us - I mean the USA.

The timing is not unusual but it is surprising as this virus coincided with the huge projected downturn in the economies especially the West. It's clear this virus is not Ebola levels of lethal, but that might change going into next year and especially 2022. If this virus has tough us anything it's that there are NO repercussions to biological warfare in the dark.

I believe we are very close to the gold/silver bottom at the moment. Possibly going to 1800 usd/oz gold but lower than that is hard to see. Why I say this is because the sentiment has turned to as negative toward Pms as possible: we are over 3 months into a consolidation period, we have vaccine (which obviously doesn’t cure the debt but drives the mainstream recovery narrative), we don’t get stimulus and most people are not expecting it any time soon. We have this very strong ”digital gold” meme going on that BTC is replacing gold as a store of value which unironically have made money to flow from the PM sector to BTC. #BTC was the #1 trending hashtag on twitter. I’ve also seen many posts on different platforms that people have sold their Pms for BTC in the last couple of days. This indicates that even among the people who dislike FIAT, people are currently on BTC and not on Pms, which makes the case even stronger for absolute bottom in PM prices and on the other hand for maximum bubble in BTC price. Even by looking at this specific site you’ll see that PMG is barely moving these days and there are a plethora of different BTC threads. Personally I like to buy the asset that is not overhyped and shilled on literally every social media platform known to man.

A lot of the miners have also reverted all gains they have made in the past year. Some are even below pre covid era when gold was 1400 usd/Oz. Personally at these prices I am loading up on the large miners, which appear to be oversold as hell. It might be a few more red weeks for Pms and miners but I really believe we can’t go much lower especially in the large miners which are currently priced somewhere in the 1400-1500oz territory.

Yes, what I think will turn the ship around is either that this current BTC bubble collapses (which is very likely in my opinion in the coming weeks) or we get surprise stimulus. The economy is still in the shitter and the vaccine does not magically change that. It's a matter of time until they declare more stimulus and it just might come sooner than people expect. The fundamentals for PMs have not changed one bit.

Yeah I mean pmg has this fixation on juniors, which I get. If you truly believe in the fundamentals the junior space is for highest gains. However, everything is relative and there is opportunity cost and to me the juniors/explorers have been bid reasonably high whereas the large miners have barely moved or even went negative on the year. So in my eyes the best opportunity at this current time lies in the large miner space.

a comparison site with different shops posted, they should be reliable. Otherwise you try to look on Ebay or Marktplaats voor good deals. I recently bought a batboi there for €124. Beware for fakes and scammers on EBay/Marktplaats though

Ireland? Form official bullion dealers here in the Netherlands the shipping cost are form €15 or more, its insured. From private sellers depending on the weight, they will just mail it to you so around €1.82 or more, but that is own risk. For €4.00 mail package met track and trace or €6.75 for packages. There is also an insured option from €8.45

Yeah this is true EBay has a lot of fakes but also a lot of good deals if you know what you are doing. Stick to the bullion dealers if you are new to buying, I bought some fakes before on Marktplaats

I can suggest these sites that I know are EU based, but I am not sure of their specific shipping destinations. Hopefully at lesat one of them is reasonable

https://www.europeanmint.com/
https://www.silver-to-go.com/
https://goldsilver.be/en/
https://www.celticgold.eu/en/
https://www.gold.de/aufgeldtabelle/
https://www.thesilvermountain.nl/en/

Yes the price is stupid... Other than these sites I would suggest finidng a local coin dealer near you (may not be open but worth checking), or ebay (beware of fakes), or maybe even kinesis for purchasing allocated silver (quite cheap but ofc you don't hold it. You can physically withdraw it at 200oz I think)

You may even want to stack sterling silver, but turning it into pure silver is another hassle

>> No.24056417

Just placed an order this morning to buy more gold and silver on the dip. Don’t let the volatility shake you out. I still believe gold will be around 2100 by Christmas and silver could be pushing towards 30.

Because they actually produce stuff anon. Their currency can be used to buy Nintendo shit or catgirl posters or whatever, so there's a demand. The American dollar has no such backing.
Also it's not like it's been a pleasant situation for them.

it's not, but everyone is saying that PM's will moon because of all the printing, but if you look at Japan that didn't happen even when their central bank started outright buying stocks with printed money which is why I don't think it's such a sure thing that everyone is making it out to be.

That said I am still putting some of my portfolio in miners and PMs, but not more than 30%.
