Uhh no that's most likely when they even bothered announcing it as a footnote. Everyone was very confused why there wasn't any news anywhere about this.
I remember that STA was refunded on the 17th of August I think and the other assets including 2.5 months worth of BAL tokens were refunded on the 26th or 28th of August. I remember that the moment the refund happened a whale tried to buy more STA to push it to 30cents, but then it dumped back to 17cents and the September crash came which plummeted it under 10cents.
