traveling in general is cool if you're with cool people. if you're alone and going to an interesting location, it can be quite a (and I hate using this word) spiritual experience. you will find yourself thinking differently and having a different perspective on things. but in a general sense traveling is way overrated. do maybe one longer trip per year, a few more smaller ones, only do more if there is a really good opportunity.
