The risk of Aave's own position getting liquidated always exist, as well as too mich borrowers defaulting, too many users withdrwaing etc. Also, smart contract breaking and hacks. Celisus security guys have 15 years experience in cyber security in the Isreali army and they constantly stress keeping their product simple (i.e. just borrowing and loans, no spin-offs, Visa cards etc. to stay on top of security). I'm not saying I can prove that Celsius is much safer, I'm just saying it's an illusion that Aave is safer. If I'm gonna risk my shit, might as well do it for the best rewards.
