I'm creating a low-cost food budget. So far I have:

>cup noodles
>hot dogs
>hot pockets
>pasta
>canned hotdogs
>chicken patty sandwiches

How long can I go with eating just this food?

>How long can I go with eating just this food?

I've lived off of mainly pizza, dollar menu, hotdogs, chicken patties, and noodles for about 10 years.

Download all the fast food apps. They give away pretty good deals almost weekly so you can just hit up all the deals through the week. Free sandwiches and shit. I could probably make it on $10 or $15 in fast food in a week with the deals.

So you can make it at least 10 years, but I'll tell you. I think I'm getting close to death. The only thing keeping me going is my Link gains and the future I know I have coming if I can make it.

>4 serves of skim milk powder
>1 scoop protein powder
>1 cup of powdered oats
>1 tablespoon peanut butter
>500ml of water

Throw it all in a blender and you have 1000 calorie meal with 60g protein, a bunch if carbs and good fats

Costs about $3 AUD so about $2 USD

Literally half your required daily calories with the right amount of protein, carbs and fats

I have this as well as my lunch as I’m bulking at the moment

Dude I just bought a 2.5lb chuck roast. You rough cut 4 large carrots, 2 sweet onions, and couple chunks of celery stock, garlic clove and sprigs of fresh thyme, and 1.5 cups beef bone broth in a crock pot with salt and pepper on low for 10 hours and you have a delicious and fresh meal that will feed you for about 2.5-3 days. Its all at Aldis minus the Thyme and will cost maybe. Make a gravy out of the drippings with a cornstarch slurry is insane full flavor over mashed potatoes as well. I think I spent like $12-14 to buy it all and its good for 3 days plus I still have more carrots, celery, onion, broth etc left over to use.

Crockpots are easy mode you just turn it on and forget it about. I want to buy a pressure cooker next. I've been whole chickens as well, carving them into individual pieces (leg, wing, breast etc) and baking them with dry rub mixtures. Delicious and so cheap. The whole chicken at Aldis is 5lbs free of hormone, pesticide, antibiotics and only $6 for the whole thing.

Canned tuna and canned chickpeas. I swear I can eat that shit mixed together with some spices every meal of the day. Throw some sliced tomatoes, lettuce or whatever fresh or canned veggies in there too. Mix it up with canned lentils sometimes. Literally live off of $2/day and not hungry.

Yeah I definitely need to head down to the asian mart and pick some up.
Been living with family during covid so I've haven't been deciding 100% of my diet like I was, though I still eat a ton of meat.
Don't know about the piss, I know that I would eat only once a day (huge meal) and also fast multiple days when I was on carnivore. You might need to drink more water or maybe it's just the crazy amount of vitamins you are getting in your food.
I recommend supplementing with iodine aswell, definitely awesome.
Yeah it's literally the best way to eat, just changing that aspect of my life snowballed into discipline into every other aspect of my life. Really helps out your dopamine receptors, very cool that your doing that man.

×Tofu instead of meat--easier to handle, can be frozen just like meat if need be, very very versatile.
×Make your own pizza dough/anybread, 1)Yeast, 2)Flour, 3)Salt, 4) Sugar, 5)Vegetable Oil, and *Measuring cups, *Kitchen scale, *Large Bowl, *Rolling Pin.
×Oatmeal is very cheap and highly nutritious, is easily stored, and is often fortified with extra nutrition.
×Mushrooms where I live are expensive and don't last long. You can chop then freeze them to preserve them, as well as bellpeppers, onions, and other veggies.
×Invest in learning how to make other versatile, basic foods, like beans, refried beans, rice, bread, dough, curry, chili, tacos, shakes, etc... This will save you money in the long run, since premade food is almost always more expensive. Cooking in bulk also saves time, which is money.

Just drink water throughout the day and youll be fine.
