Question about "pricing in":
Aurora cannabis (ACB) spiked up a bunch, then they announced they would dilute the stock, selling some $150m in new shares, and the price immediately dumped - presumably pricing in the lower value of the diluted stock.
My question: is this pricing in "done/finished" such that when Aurora sells the new shares, the price won't go down further from this, since it was already known? But doesn't the sell pressure from them selling all this additional stock inevitably press down the price further when they start selling? So how could the market fully price that in?
