OKEX washtrading. They're supposedly selling PNK for 4.5c, and supposedly make up 50% of the volume. This is just the same transaction going back and forth over and over to generate fake volume. But it brings the price down by a lot on paper. Use uniswap for the real price.

This is unironically going to happen when Kleros makes a price oracle which only aggregates curated exchanges. They can also provide this information for free. LINK is going to get completely blown out of the water.
