Why would part of the update still be called a dashboard then?
Dashboard to me always sounded like their own UI that still uses the different AMMs out there.
And the project being secret sounds to me as if its a new concept and the secrecy is to prevent another team from assembling and releasing it first. A balancer wouldn't fit that description as its already known how well Statera works in Balancer.
