Hey frens. I know we're all reveling in our BTC gains, but just a reminder that 30-40% pullbacks are absolutely normal when it comes to BTC.

If it tanks, don't panic. It will go up, and the crazy bull run won't start until Q3-Q4 2021 anyways. Accumulate and godspeed gentlemen.

Real wake up call will be only after 20k

Only then people will see that even after losing all their money by dropping from 20k to the bottom it still recovered.

OP speaks the truth. Don't get chopped up and lose your BTC. Hold onto to it like your life depends on it.

They will do everything in their power to separate you from your BTC. NEVER EVER GIVE IT UP.

They WERE normal.
Bitcoin also used to have 50% and 90% pullbacks. Volatility is going down with adoption rate.

Can anyone help me understand? if you've been stacking btc and using a different address for each transaction, as is the recommended method, for the sake of 'security', if you ever plan to withdraw your funds from that wallet, would you have to pay more in fees because the btc is spread in many addresses as opposed to one single address?

you have to pay more overall fees as you're sending more transactions
say you have a wallet with 1 BTC and 10 wallets with 0.1 BTC each
if you want to move them to a single wallet you'd pay 1 dollar to move the 1 BTC and 10 dollars to move the 0.1 ones (10 tx).

thanks. I don't mean 10 wallets but 10 addresses inside a single wallet. You know, as in a wallet that generates infinite amount of addresses and encourages you to use a single address for each transaction

i'm noob but iirc it depends on number of wallets but number of UTXO's in a single address
like for each UTXO I think you have to pay for in terms of space on a block

so that's a bummer....
It means if I ever want to withdraw all my funds collected through the years in multitude of addresses... I will have to pay hundreds of dollars in fees?!!?
