how do i move my funds out of this garbage fucking bank holy shit?

i used this country ass bank with this ancient shitty website and even just logging on is fucking IMPOSSIBLE. it asks you fucking security questions every time you sign on, you do one thing wrong youre locked out of account permanently unless you call (ive called them over 500 times) and they force you to change the password constantly randomly when you log on and then if you type THAT in wrong you get locked out of account permanently until you call them.

i carefully saved all my info in a note and i made sure to copy it letter for letter. LOCKED OUT FOR NO REASON still.

how the fuck do i get my money out of this fucking worthless garbage and close my account forever? i opened an online bank and its 100000000000x easier and never had any problems. it doesnt have a physical location so i cant move my money from my bank to that bank. i tried linking that bank account to my shitty country GUESS WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! didnt fucking work. i linked and it did everything but when i go for a transfer the bank doesnt show up and ive been trying for a year and i called them and asked and they just said oh we dont know youre fucked
