>Tell boss I should get tested or at least wait to see if I develop symptoms

You could contact an employment law attorney, but without any evidence of actual damage/harm (i.e. you died because manager wouldn't recognize your sickness) you probably won't get very far. If you get fired/denied sick leave/etc, for not working due to the coof you'd have a case though.

side note, i'm getting tested for the coof this week too lel. Getting terrible body aches, headache, congested. It's really pretty mild but the absurdity is it's made 1000x more serious due to idiots overreacting to it. I normally wouldn't even take off work for this type of shit, but I have to because of the pussies that created this uproar about it.

ask him why he REFUSED to let you go home, when you CLEARLY stated, you had symptoms etc. Ask him WHY, they made you LIE on screening forms, eetc.

don't think this was a good move since you lied on an official form the lawyers will try to play games and argue you got it from somewhere else. it probably is worth it to consult with a lawyer but i don't think you should have done that. it seems autistic but thats how lawyers are. but if they can prove your manager got you to do that or pressured you into doing it and you have proof then he'd get into deep shit for it. it really doesn't sound like the manager is covering his ass.
