I'm a really experienced solidity dev (one of the best). I want to make a slow moving volatility index. I would take average of several crypto assets and only that price would be followed. For example the price is $50 of the average of these assets. It would only allow fluctuations of 1%, so if the average moves 5%, it can only move that direction 1% within 24 hours. Vice versa for the other way. I'd do a presale of like 10 eth per person with a cap of 1000 people. Who's interested?
