Are virtual numbers better than just buying a local number?
Which website/service should I use if I want to buy a prepaid creditcard?
What domain name service providers should I use?
Is Telegram less safer than Discord?
stealthswap, buccaneer, morphtoken, tornado cash, monero which one of these is the best for privacy? should I combine them?

I can't answer any of your questions except the telegram one. Yes telegram is more secure than discord however, if you value privacy, the best alternative would be riot.

You can buy prepaid mastercards from gas stations with cash and they don't take any personal info other than a zip code which could be faked. The only caveat is there's a $5 activation fee.
>What domain name service providers should I use?
Makes no difference really, I use ionos for my sites, but godaddy honestly isn't horrible either. Transferring domains to different hosts is trivial as well if you don't like a particular one
>Is Telegram less safer than Discord?
I don't think telegram collects as much data from its users, but the actual differences in security are most likely negligible.

Idk much about privacy coins or how effective they are. I've heard the DOJ has probability models to track people using them, but idk how true that is

Here's a good question: how do you fake KYC?

It depends on what you're faking KYC for. Some institutions check different things than others, and some have different requirements.
