I think psychedelics let someone look at themselves or others without any bias.... this is very valuable. I cant complain right now im really focused on trying to learn how to trade. I work a couple days a week doing landscaping outside... get paid like 18 bucks an hour in cash so its not terrible and i dont mind it because im outside and get some exercise. i have social anxiety and almost definitely am autistic, my brain goes like a million miles a second but social situations toss a stick in my bike wheel. i went to a kava bar, had a kava + kratom drink, and it just melted away. i was super relaxed, but also still mentally very clear. more pro social? i just cared more about everyone and had a really great time. conversation was super easy.
kava is great. caffeine is to adderall as kava is to weed and alcohol. you can have it every day and basically be fine afaik, just drink lots of water since it dries you out a bit. but long term consumption is safe from what i know. be very careful with kratom, it tickles the same parts of the brain as opioids so it feels awesome but i could see getting hooked. its slightly less safe than kava, but still within the vicinity of alcohol/weed. you would need to be extremely fucking dumb to OD on kratom from my experience, particularly in a bar setting where theyll just stop serving you. but you definitely can get hooked, and if you are, the withdrawal is miserable. not personal experience but ive had several friends addicted to it who say going a day without induced mega depression. be careful with kratom. kava is great tho.

TL;DR look for a kava bar, might also serve kratom, kava is a great social lubricant and safe to use regularly, kava + kratom is a god tier combo, be careful about frequency of kratom use
