how are you daytrading it, if you don't mind me asking? i mainly use it for swing trading, where i'll buy more every 5xATR it drops from my initial entry point and sell half at 5xATR in profit, hoping for an ultimate target of the top line. you still using the 1h time frame or you going lower? i've been doing a bit more research into using lower timeframes and 5m looks pretty good for intraday potentially, although im unsure how safe it is considering you have to complete the trade before the day ends, compared to swing/position trading where in the worst case scenario as long as shit isn't hitting the fan you can literally just hodl and wait it out with the ability to buy more lower if necessary. at least i can say i wouldn't go lower than 5m intraday, 1-2m seem to be too fast or at least would require a bigger keltner like maybe 15-20x instead of 10x. also tutes only really respect the 200 SMA on the hourly and daily time frames. i use the hourly because it's very rare for it to hit the lower line on the daily, although it's a good indication there if we get another covid crash since that's roughly where the bottom was (i think ultimately it went like 15x though before reversing).

Even if it takes a dump, I doubt it'll stay down long considering the financing the company got. I'm feeling like this is a KODK kind of play where the day news drops, it moons and then slowly bleeds. Then the next day it gaps the fuck up hard.

KODK shot up from $2 to $12 and then bled down to $7 before close. I got into KODK at $10 and foolishly sold at $8.50 because I thought I'd get dumped on. Next day it gapped to like $40. That was on news of a fuckin LOAN $765. OPTI has a fucking CONTRACT for $2b revenue. Unless I'm missing something, there's no real downside for this. At least if you don't have paper hands and decide to sell at a loss just from it taking a dip before moonshoot.

I think they are just a part of a 2 billion dollar deal. I'm pretty sure theyre some sort of middle man
and if it tanks as a PnD, theres the question of do you buy back in to see the profits of this deal actually impact the share price, and that information is slated for december (when the inventory detailed in the deal is done being distributed or whatever it is)
