Congratulations anon, you can do basic math that everyone investing in Avalanche is aware of. This is already priced in, which is why AVAX is #96 CMC rather than in top 20. When the unlocking happens the price wont drop, the placement on CMC will rise towards the 50s from the increased supply. If you believe that AVAX investors arent aware of the advertised unlock rate and priced this in then you're just retarded.

Unless you are a whale the cost of hosting an Avalanche node is more than the 2% most nodes charge to delegate stake. The node count is natural because most holders would make MORE money and have a much simpler process simply delegating without a node. The people operating nodes are doing so for various reasons. They are developers, infrastructure, hobbiests, service providers, subnet hosts, all natural. Noone has to run a node to stake.
