Although I don't think they are really whales (biggest whale holds 1% of the tokens). I think this is more a move to further suppress the price with the low volume and buy back cheap. Increase their stack and lower their cost average. It's playing with fire though.

Checked. But I'm talking about wallet #3 and #4. They both belong to the chink. So in a sense it's good if he sells so he holds a smaller chunk. He dumps around 10eth worth of STA every 24H on both wallets. Wallet #2 recently sold 20k sta but hasn't been selling as regularly, like once a week and smaller amounts. It's only really that one chink guy who holds the largest amount of STA than any other user.
