Yea a single 80kg sample of vein material isnt a great example. The ore there is nuggety gold, their geos assistants send down the workings probably saw free mill in the wall and busted that section up and bagged it for assay. If they had say 5 or 6 samples from around different parts of the mine with those sorts of grades I would be more impressed. Doing that is meant to drum up news about the project thats all.

I have to ask but have you done your own due diligence on these companies? These are mostly explorers / new miners. There good picks dont get me wrong, but I dont have a clue where the markets will end up right now. Maybe look at a few other established miners to add in as well. This sort of thing was common back in the day here in BC when we still used on the ground claim posts. "Night Stakers" or "Jumpers" would wait for a company claim to lapse at midnight and would stake it out before corporate could do anything about it. You would do it in such a way that it would be a pain in the ass to work around, so the company would be forced to pay you out. back in the 1880's my family staked and patented a claim right next to one of the richest gold mines in the US. We were never able to legally mine it because the ore under our property was claimed by the rich mine next door. As far as I know that gold ore ran under our property and the other mining company stoped it out like carving ice cream with a scoop. It's swiss cheese under our claim down to 2000 feet. You may be aware of the metal detectorist "MisterTell1" in Norway but if not he finds lots of those awesome older coins, perhaps detecting is a good option if artifact/antiquities laws aren't too restrictive (or well enforced...)?

Yeah production capacity ramped up after the ~$1000 peak in 2011 or whenever so 150-200 is quite cheap historically. I dunno if the known existing American deposits are being looked at but would expect Trump to encourage domestic REM and REE mining and production and agree it's worth keeping an eye on.
