My first experience with crypto was ESH back in the summer. I was waiting for my phone to get mailed and couldn't move ETH off of coinbase without the 2 step shit so missed the fraction of a cent price. Still got in decently early. I was up like $15,000. I should've just taken the profits. I held until Ghost released. Still came out a bit ahead, but it could've been so much better. Now I usually take profits and just be happy I made some money.

I had a 20k link stack. Sold 10k at $20 and then decided to 10x long UNI at $4. Got liquidated a few weeks later. It feels surreal to have lost that much money but to still be up heaps overall (bought my stack at $0.2). I’ll never swing again.

I thought the best way to play crypto was either if you spend very little (and thus have little risk) or are a millionaire who can afford to lose a hundred thousand and make it back after lunch?
