I love shitcoins as much as everyone.
However, I have access to some cheap (free) capital to invest ONLY in a traditional b&m business. Indecision and time squandering is the enemy right now. I've looked into a few different franchise opportunities, mostly in the home improvement arena, but feel pretty uninspired.

If you get a location in a hipster neighborhood, you can import a variety of unique international snacks. They're easy to source nowadays, and you can mark it up like crazy if you offer the right items. An online catalog is important.
