This is stupid. Decentralization was when whites founded America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. That was great and things progressed very well away from centralised power in Europe. It is also beneficial today in that even though England is 50% pakis and arabs, at least America isn't. And even though America is 50% Mexicans, at least Canada isn't.
