Every country in Europe has its own people, language, history and culture. Its not like in Burgerland where everything and everyone looks basically the same.
I assume you are white, where did your family come from? What languages do you know/are you interested in learning? While you will get along in bigger cities like Munich (which are quite full with shitskins) talking only english, you will have trouble in many rural places (which are still mostly full with natives), especially when talking to Boomers.
