My advice: stop drinking alcohol. That alone can really start to change your mood for the better. You do not need it and all it does is enhance depressive episodes, which I am sure you're already aware of.

Next year I'm cashing out a big chunk of crypto for a cabin in the woods.
It was hard to cash out a full bitcoin to buy a car when I know in a year it will be 10x in usd.
The cheap lifestyle is too easy for me, except when traveling.
$80k is a good budget for me when I'm next level, for me that's 4 months salary from crypto trading in this 2020 market.
