Nothing has happened on BCH or BTC either but they don't have someone claiming to be Satoshi and they have some support while BSV have nothing to show.

all i know craig has pushed for things that satoshi actually wanted: unlimited block size, simplicity, on-chain

blockstream refused to fix the blocksize so the fees skyrocketed and adoption was lost (steam accepted btc once upon a time), they introduced segwit (the opposite of simplicity with "block weight"), they don't want you to be on-chain (lightning network was garbage then and is still garbage)

i bet some people already have forgotten lightning network was ever a thing. fuck Blockstream, fuck Greg and fuck Adam. nonbelievers the bunch of them.

not once have i ever heard about tokens actually having proper usage, except CryptoKitties. that's the only example i can think of where that has reached outside microscopic who-gives-a-crap bubbles. and these days nobody talks about CryptoKitties, except to give an example of when tokens actually had a real use.

>> No.23586887

>>23586360
so renting a video for $0.01 is not proper usage?
in a capitalist digital world, there are things that have a market clearing price under $0.10. BSV allows those things to reach their clearing price. BCH would also work to be fair.
BSV tokens in their current form are basically betting on the viability of triple entry accounting. If you want to say that isn't practically superior to double entry accounting, I wouldn't have a great argument against that claim; I'd say we'll see. But if you were to claim eth is the superior solution for that, I'd point out that eth fees are 10,000 times higher.
cryptokitties is virtual beanie babies, id hardly call that a "real use" for the blockchain. same with exchange gambling frankly.

man fuck you. you don't know a thing about bitcoin. i've been in it for 10 god damn years and really thought BCH would bring it back to where it should be (NO FUCKING BLOCK SIZE LIMIT). then i went with BSV because BCH steered away from what bitcoin was supposed to be. and now fuckall has happened in yet another 2 years.

the only thing crypto has going for it is brand recognition and moving money outside the banking system. being actual alternative currency was underway but blockstream blew it by not listening to fucking everybody that knew their shit and when the blocks became full faith was lost, adoption was lost, communities split, it was an incredible setback. then people like you come along and tell ME that full blocks is working as intended. man fuck you.

interesting that you fags focus so much on block size and garbage apps shitting on the unlimited blocks but completely ignore the hashrate and the nakamoto consensus.

the supply alone makes bitcoin unable to function as cash rest is technicality that could be worked around in a variety of ways. and once you understand the bitcoin is not cash never was and never will be you realize how retarded cashies are. hopefully.

>> No.23587612

also what you don't understand about blockstream devs: they did the math a long time ago. and since they all had heavy bags of bitcoin the question they wanted an answer for is how to make it the most valuable the shortest time possible. they literally came together to pump their own bitcoin bags and yours if you are not stupid.

that's what blockstream is all about. and boy they were right... i still remember 2016... i did not understood it back then. i do now.

hahahah that's cope right? sounds like bitter cope.

no. the nakamoto consensus was designed and implemented for the sole purpose that software could tell which chain is bitcoin and which is not. so that autist like you wouldn't have to argue about semantics and feels to decide what bitcoin is.
