2. People say people make the market not the code
3. People take profits no matter the duration, so if BTC goes overnight to 100K or it takes 6 years people will take profits at profit, not in time stamps

I'm pretty sure the fact that something raises in value has absolutely nothing to do with whatever money might be required to purchase afterwards; the value was already raised, which by definition means whatever money it might take to do that has "been moved" or whatever your understanding of money and value in USD or whatever shit thing is.

The halving is what makes Bitcoin a limited asset. It's however open information to everyone. Information that is available to everyone is already priced in. The halving actually has no effect on the price and any price fluctuations that happen are purely because of psychological reasons.

People will take profits, but that doesn't mean they'll sell everything. If I have stocks or any other asset that skyrockets and I wan to turn it into money I sell parts of it. I still keep money I don't need there
