The devs missed the timing a bit and the overall excitement by the community seems to have declined. I don't mind though, I'm in for the long run and I'd rather wait for a solid product than some half-assed development. Nothing has changed, it's just that people were expecting the news to have hit by now. The devs have already proved they're competent and high iq so the pump will eventually come if you're patient enough to hold until then.

So let me get this clear, There is no active dev.
Statera is basically a finished project that just needs marketing, however nothing substantial has happened in a long while beside interview's ,being listed on dead exchanges and the good portion of community members exodusing to create xBTC? Looking at the Github it is completely dead also.
