Fucking kek at the newfags buying this shit. I don't usually post these kinds of warning threads but the recent influx of retarded rugpulls (luigi, booba, etc) might make this seem like a legit investment as a comparison to some people. Take it from a seasoned oldfag, it's not. Many shills with their bags will come storming in defending the project after I expose the scam and it's painfully obvious how inorganic and organized the shilling is.

So a little history for all the newfrens, back in the summer of 2019 after LINK was listed on coinbase, /biz/ suddenly became infested with redditors and other normies, so there was an organized effort to shill them "the next link" and distract them from actual good projects. They took the name of Lition energy, a bankrupt german energy company and made it look like they're pivoting by launching a new green energy blockchain project, a perfect match because normies love everything green energy related (Tesla?). They even hired people on fiverr to act as a CEO and other company personell, but these people had no affiliation with Lition energy and there never was any blockchain project. If you go look up Lition energy the company, it has been defunct for several years now and there never was anyone with the name Richard Lohwasser even working there.

And the scam fucking worked, it pumped high in a very short amount of time but dumped pretty fast as people caught on. Now after over a year this dead pump&dump scheme has somehow been resurrected, as you can see from the blatantly inorganic shill threads for the past few days. I'm not sure if it's the normie bagholders from the 2019 pump, or even some the original scammers.

Stay the fuck away, you have been warned

Visit the article. There are many other mentions that make it sound like Lition. It is a pie in the sky theory, but consider this:

>It could also open the way for Tesla to use power stored by customers to help balance the electricity grid, an increasingly important service in Germany as it becomes ever more dependent on volatile wind and solar power.

>In the first half of this year, some 65% of the electricity on the Brandenburg grid was generated from renewable sources, mostly wind. But like other areas in the north of the country, it often wastes energy because Germany’s networks are limited in how much green power they can transport over long distances.

How is this issue solved? You pay Lition Energy customers/Tesla owners to store electricity in their Tesla Powerwall, which can be distributed to other energy customers. This decentralizes the entire renewable energy power grid, significantly decreasing the amount of wasted energy because the distance that energy needs to travel is only the minimum distance between a customer and a powerwall owner. It seems too good to be true, but it also seems like the perfect combination of those two products/services.

Tomo also just added all Litions partners as their partners on their website. I think all of this might be connected somehow but I'm too low IQ to make any coherent conclusions. The Lition team said the announcement has to do with something "never done in crypto before" and if it has to do with somehow bringing real world stuff into the defi ecosystem I think it might be the most bullish crypto news in a long time. Read about lition in the OP, and buy using uniswap. If you are new it might seem a bit complicated. But first you need to make an erc20 wallet, just install the metamask plugin. Then you have to buy ethereum with fiat somewhere. After that you send the fiat to your wallet adress and you can use uniswap to buy lition with metamask. I know this sounds like I am a pajeet shilling a shitcoin but I want you to make it. If you were a redd*tor I would have told you to fuck off.

Posted in another thread, no answer yet, you might know.

Once everyone feeds the powergrid and the "big" names aren't making as much money as they used to, who will maintain the power grid? Who will have an incentive to fix the fallen wires, the broken electric poles, the burst capacitors, etc?

Currently (where I live, that is), a semi-private company maintains everything since they're pretty much the sole suppliers of electricity. Why would they keep repairing everything if they're not making bank anymore? Who will be in charge?

ACtually, no. This question will need to be answered as soon as big power companies will sit down and take a good fat look at how Lition work and send them a letter saying "either you help pay for the repairs, or you fuck off from our network". And that could happen pretty fucking fast.

I'd love a serious answer to that question though, it's the only thing bugging me and I'd love if someone knowledgeable could chime in.

guys where the fuck do you live lmao? first of all we are talking about Germany here. Lition is a middle man not an entire independent energy utility company.
So the way it works - private people that own solar panels etc and produce too much energy sell it to the system to either big companies or Lition as well if they are signed up there. Lition also has power plants under contract but they aren't just exclusively providing power too Lition.
Idk what dooms day scenario you are talking about here but Germany has almost the highest electricity cost in the world and we are phasing out nuclear or basically already did for example.
It is also a highly competitive market there are so many provides people can choose from.
And as always
>energy is only one use case for Lition
They are literally only in the energy business cause thats where Richards and the gooks expertise is in and to show off the blockchain tech.

Thanks man, that's the kind of info I was looking for. So definitely wouldn't work where I live, since the power grid is maintained, extended and developped by the power supplier.

If this is how it works in Germany, then definitely this makes sense. Thanks!

>>23557703
I understand we're talking about Germany, but I'm always looking forward in time trying to see how the investment/project can scale. I understand here it works for Germany (which is already insanely bullish) but might not work in some other places. Since my only reference was the way the power grid is maintained and used where I live, I had trouble figuring out how it would work elsewhere.

I'll probably buy in, just not when it has already pumped almost 50% in a few days.

>$100...$200-$400 easy
Fucking based LITzkrieger.

I was just coming to ruminate about market caps. I'm sure there are a handful of other great projects that will make it but I only care about LITION because I think it has the capacity to be top 10 and from this market cap, that's an awful lot of "x"es. LITION is so fucking far ahead of the game right now that I think there will only be a few cryptos between LINK at #3 and LITION somewhere in the top 10. Hell, maybe LITION WILL be top 5. I mean look at it. This is the only crypto that I would not be ashamed to bring up to a real businessperson.

LIT will be up there with BTC, ETH, and LINK because it's arguably already worth more than everything else currently in the top 10. Maybe OCEAN or RSR or ALGO will always keep LIT from getting that far. Who can say? But BTC, ETH, and LINK are going to be trillions and trillions of dollars each. And remember that ETH AND XRP managed to crest $100B when they did a hell of a lot less than LIT does right now in the real world of customers and revenue. And we can guess at some of the goodies coming out of the AMA and Tomo. Maybe no Tesla right now, but eventually. And maybe in a few months we won't care about Tesla anymore, anyway.

If you can hold, I think x100 is guaranteed, but $100B seems like low-hanging fruit and that means $1000 per LIT at full dilution. And I really believe that's just a start ("$1000 is FUD.") if indeed crypto and inflation and technology keep going as they have been going. Even if I'm way off, $100 feels doable and $10 feels like it's not worth talking about here.

I would stake, buy dips, and consider "the next LINK" a low-energy insult. Again, just think of everything LITION has going for it, then think about all the rest and their current valuations. We LIT holders are standing at the very door of adoption. Hell, LIT IS the door. Oh my god I'm so excited for us. I mean it.
