no the rates are not effected by BPD. I, for example will be taking 1M from my BPD bonus and will be staking it for the max time 5555 days. The BPD pales in comparison to the interest you can earn over 10+ years. The rate of interest will remain 27% UNLESS people start staking enmass and I don't see that happening. The interest rate will probably go up.

We are seeing two classes emerge. The aryan staking brahman class which will replace the FEDERAL RESERVE and the proletariat holding non-staking goyim class which is too cowardly to time lock their money but still think the price will go up.
