You literally miss the whole concept of RLC. What this guy said >>23491516. Ethereum literally only verifies the result of the computation ONCE... You should read more about RLC, since it's clear you don't really understand it and if you did you'd probably buy it. Big companies don't use it because it wasn't compliant until 1-2 weeks ago. Also the 2nd part of V5 (this part is part of the original white paper, the 1st part was an added bonus) is still comming out in december. 2nd part of V5 is the last planed major technical release and after that they're doing their IPO selling eRLC (enterprise RLC which is regulated and compliant)

Earnings only depends on the supply/demand. If you have 10 GPUs but 0 tasks then you get 0. I think that if you want to do a task that's worth 3333 RLC you need to have at least 10000 RLC staked. So the biggest task you can complete is 33% of your total stake in a RLC worker. Which means workers need a shit ton of RLC in order to do big tasks. But I think that the max task size is limited and that if a task is too big it's divided into smaller tasks so that even people with let's say 100 RLC can execute tasks.

And there was a period about 1 year back where the team was testing this out. You could join in with a CPU and do tasks. The team basicly made real tasks and you computed them and received RLC back. The public worker pools currently don't work anymore, since it's all done on private sidechains, since NDAs and crap...

>>23493578
The only way you can do any of the stuff is by using RLC. Even if you're a corporation you first need to get RLC and do a "company KYC" then you switch your RLC into eRLC which makes it compliant and the company can use it to execute tasks.

I wonder how big iExec will play a role in the blockchain era compared to the IBM split off. The fact is that cloud computing is definitely going to be big in the future, and iExec is the only project aiming at that market from a blockchain perspective.
