Hiring manager in tech here. I run the Database Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Science teams at my company. If I see you have a disability your application goes straight to the garbage unless you have impeccable academic and professional credentials. Even then, expect the "why are you looking to change jobs" and the answer better not be anywhere near "because I'm fucked up."
