DECO looks interesting but I am unsure it can fullfill all applications that Lition has in mind. It's just an oracle and not a transaction layer. Perhaps when Ethereum reaches full scaling DECO can be used on the ethereum network to reach the same privacy functionality that Lition transactions have but for now, the Lition usecase makes 70,000 tx/day and thus needs its own second layer. Besides I am sure that the sister company Lition Energie isn't going to switch to DECO soon. They'll use the Lition network and by all looks of it they will be highly succesfull.

imo Unilayer has a huge upside potential. They're creating a trading platform on top of Uniswap where you can set limit orders etc. Also has a fiat on ramp, lending, flash staking where you're directly rewarded in ETH instead of layer so it doesn't get constantly get dumped, and an NFT marketplace.
