A year or two later I am glad to say I didn't buy it. While they *do* go up in value, you are very likely to spend up to a 3rd of the cars value in just maintenance, repairs, rare parts, proper storage ect.

I've been putting off buying a car since 2018 because I realized there's no point in spending 50% of my portfolio on a car when I can wait a few years (being a car enthusiast this has been very difficult I admit), secure my future and financial freedom and THEN spend like 5% of my portfolio on the same car instead of 50%.
When you make it, you can spend much more on your car and do tons of mods and it won't be as stressful because it'll be a much smaller part of your PF.
