I know for a fact the dashboard is functionally finished and frontend is going through final testing.

The main reason it isn't out in my opinion is poor timing in the market to do so. Statera is a community token in the end, and there is only so much that can be done by unpaid devs, so it makes sense not to throw things out unfinished for a short term pump. Also, the common knowledge is pooling should be done at higher values so even if it was out most would not use it.

Finally, there is the "secret project" coming out which aims to improve the liquidity and volume of Statera which has been admittedly rather stagnant last few months. That will be the real cause of any large price movement, dash is priced in by now.

Those who sell and fud on 4chan can do what they like but statera moves on from them regardless. I would estimate there are still several weeks of 5-10 cents to go.
