you can deff rent it out on Airbnb or just normal rent out, you will not get 1500/month though on just normal rent! but even 800-1000€ is decent for a 140k Investment. Location is great

I can't figure it out either. It might be kikes who bought to be landlords, but then their tenants lost the jobs so no more rent, so they hav to sell quick (thus the price drop). Also could be lease-hold or the HOA is too high.

Pic related is another, for just 2x OP price, you get 5x the space on the 33rd floor, and that view. The only catch might be its an old building so they might be trying to do some major upgrade and spread the cost to the owners.
