You will get higher status if you invest early on alphas :)

-We only Aped legitimate ALPHAS after extensive research and due diligences,NO SCAM and NO RUGS allowed.
-This to ensures that everyone in this channel able to get in EARLY,contribute to private sales or even start mining on those DELICIOUS APY before anyone else.
-As always, this is not financial advise. There are no guarantee that the alphas/project will be fully legitimate like how nothing in life is guaranteed .Always DYOR

if you can actually design well you can make 5k-20k per site assuming you can code the features the client wants or have some code monkeys to do it. You will have alot of meetings with the client who will think the process is much simpler than it really is and will ask you to change vast amounts of sshit or add features 2 days before delivery and get pissed off if you're a day late

It's low status. You'll be challenged at all times about your design decisions by the client, the devs, the project manager, your boss all day long. Everyone has an opinion on your designs and ideas how you should "improve" it. Be ready to fully explain the rationale behind every single pixel of your design.
No one really questions the decision made by devs for example because it's not something visual for everyone to see.

Also, no one gives a fuck about user centered design or design processes, like doing user research, user testing, and actually creating features based on user needs. No, the client's middle manager always knows exactly how the design should be and how it should work.

"Oh yeah it's nice, but we should definitely use some indecipherable icons here instead of text, anon could you design more icons, icons are super good for everything and we don't have to translate them. Yup definitely needs more icons everywhere."

It's mentally draining.
