I'm still not clear on what the current situation is with the cards.
They said they brought back the 300 and 3000 SXP STAKES, but not that they were bringing back those cards. So if you stake 3000 SXP, do you get a Swipe card, or a Binance card? How do the rewards compare? I can't find the details about the Binance cards without doing Binance KYC.

No, that's exactly why I'm confused. It talks about migrating the cards to the Binance platform but keeping the SXP stake. That sounds like you get Binance cards rather than Swipe cards. But they seem a bit cagey with the details.
