Would you hire a woman who is an enormous cunt, narcissist, toxic, backstabbing... but is excellent at their job? a job that is relatively difficult to do. or would you fire this person.

everyone hates her too but she is very in demand. she won serious prizes and is known in this industry as one of its rising stars. it is in art/design.
