Think of the coin as almost a parasite, it didn’t need to exist but now it does, and it feeds off the success of other projects. Basically Statera will give you exposure to a basket of assets - first use case is the Phoenix and Delta pools - you get exposure to the underlying assets and their performance. Now imagine this when you have 100’s of pools, throw in the burn aspect, and the constant vibrations of price arbitrage, and you have a token that has constant price pressure upwards if adoption and growth is successful. Imagine a pool with Apple Amazon Facebook, or precious metals, or DeFi, or anything else for that matter and that’s when it hits, this thing might be absolutely massive.

It’s a deflationary index fund token, so you hold the token and over time as burn happens you hold a greater % of the supply. It’s a fund token because they have it in a balancer pool, the plan is to have it in many different crypto financial instruments.

Due to deflationary aspect it gives greater arb opportunities and drives volume. The balancer pool trades amongst itself to keep the weights balanced which is literally selling high and buying low. Pooling in balancer gives you exposure to each of the asset (ie. ‘index fund’), the pool is self balancing which drives volume and burn over time, you are providing liquidity and receiving pool fees which are automatically added to pool (dividend reinvesting plan), you also receive balancer governance tokens (dividend). I pooled 20% of initial and DCA more sta from my BAL and uni.

if someone dumps STA the Autobalancer has to buy Statera to balance the pool. This = more demand than currently which means counteracting price drops.

I didn't really know Statera was a Chinese creation supposably. I hold a good bit of it.

I had a pretty big bag of STA and sold at around 30c.
I agree that sometimes certain tokens become part of the system but there has to be some use case involved, I , like most people early, bought this because of the endless biz shilling but when you actually look into it there isn't use case for this coin.
The other massive red flag is that the constant shilling of this coin is done by the same handful of people, for a coin to be integrated in the eco system as you have to have mass adoption, rather than what we have at the moment which is the same retards from the sta telegram group spamming the board trying to get people to buy bags of a coin that's obviously pumped and is now slowly on its way to nothing.

We are in for a flatline, but for how long? That is the question.

Well right now we are just waiting so there is not much to be done, but this project needs to kick it up a gear when things do get moving. Its first mover advantage, not first mover rights. I realize its still fairly new but that label is starting to wear off. If we're still sitting at the same price after its been out a year its mostly going to be viewed as a failure. The "community" approach is not without its faults. There's not a team member actively engaging anyone besides Megan. I don't really give a shit about the whole tranny thing really, this is /biz/ not /pol/ or /soc/, and I dont fault (pronoun) for trying but that can't be the only voice. Someone just now came in and pointed out that every TG says their community is great. Its not a reason to invest. The Xbtc thing is not sitting very well with me either. It has siphoned off so many resources, and money. If you followed along GC is obviously pretty bright so its very difficult not to throw some cash into his project. Well, a lot of cash got thrown that way, a whale left and probably some others, and all that marketcap was just given away to the people they picked for presasle and whoever got the first few transactions in after launch. Plus they seem willing to put a lot into marketing that, and their devs are hired too, the STA guys aren't the ones coding that shit.
Now imagine if all those resources were in STA instead. I don't even see how its compatible really, maybe the best thing to come of it is some of the team went non-Anon and they're also hopefully building relationships.

If you're serious about being able to contribute to marketing in a beneficial way, then I'd message Abu or Souvlaki, and try to get involved.
The dashboard should be a huge boost (as well as the 'secret' addition), and I believe they've said several times that they're waiting for it to be launched before starting a proper marketing campaign.
Makes sense, I suppose, to have a fully-understandable project up and running before shilling it to the masses.
I'm still super comfortable in Statera long term. It's as solid a project as you're gonna see in DeFi, IMHO.
