You won't get the top everytime, and if you wait for the ATH you miss every other local top along the way. I pooled set amounts at set targets on the way up. That might be trickier if its a small stack, maybe pick one mid range target for half of it.

I like the ring of decentralized much more than community. I mean, the community is mainly just investors, the project shouldn't be 100% reliant on some of them also having exceptional skill, time, and willingness to use that for this project.
Decentralized carries much less of a negative connotation.
As far as the dev stuff I guess we don't know because they haven't said whats going on but I think they would framed this differently if it wasn't something pretty interesting. There's some people involved who continuously work on stuff and its not a stretch to think they'd include Statera in something else.

I also suggest you dolphins and whales get into the presidential elections. If you want a quick buck then use prediction markets and bet on 1 state who went from Biden to Trump in number of votes. Statera is going to make itself extremely clear what it does. All of this is as a response to a hack on BALANCER, which leaves room for FUD. It will happen eventually. Investing in STA now is realizing its potential is already available, and that it’s a working product, but that it will take time to make it available to the masses.
